    Had a really great stay here. That was quiet and nice hotel set in good area, just off Bristol TN shopping center. Very helpful staff that liked their guests. The location was good - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Tried some takeout specials at Kfc, luckily it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue;))

    Great amenities including coffee access.

    Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned thoroughly, and there was a sticky residue on the carpet. The smell in the room was unpleasant, and we even discovered a strange odor from the bathroom. There was noise from neighboring rooms that disrupted our peace throughout the night.

    The staff at the Arcadia Inn were so cute that checking in seemed like being greeted by old friends. The king room was more comfortable than my favorite chair at home, and having free WiFi made it easy to plan my next adventures without a hitch.

    Oh, those croissants were life-changing! Perfectly flaky and buttery-you can't miss 'em. Plus, the customer service was as friendly as a local pub on a Saturday night. It doesn't hurt that the location is on point, with restaurants and shops just a hop away.

    Now, I was bummed when my card was charged early for four rooms, which left me overdrawn. Murky vibes weren't exactly chill. Still, we made the most of it!

    Check-in was super quick. The room had comfy bedding and a nice desk area. It was very clean with air conditioning, tv, and all the essentials like shampoo and a hairdryer. They had a gym and hot tub, a nice bonus. Felt safe with cameras at the doors.
